Article 5

The US consulate has issued what is called an article 5 approving all of Sydney's immigration paperwork. Now China can approve us for travel. Children's Home Society said it would come in 2-4 weeks and that we should plan to travel at the end of November-early December. Fingers crossed that we get it in 2 weeks instead of 4. :):):):)
