We are heading back to the government offices to sign the paperwork to finalize the adoption. Sydney slept great last night after having a good nighttime cry for a good 15 minutes. I don't blame her, it was a big enough day to warrant a good cry.
We are all on China time now, feeling well rested. This afternoon we are heading out to explore the shops around Hefei. After getting some culture, we are stopping for supplies at WalMart.
