Yahoo groups rule.

We just found a Yahoo group specifically for the orphanage in ChaoHu. So many supportive emails.
Especially the couple from Melbourne Australia who just got back from there. They had adopted their daughter there years ago and had a homecoming for her just last month. Their daughter had hip dysplasia that required surgery, so they were drawn to the 3 1/2 year old girl who has a limp and similar hip issue. She says that this girl enjoyed the books they brought and even gave her a hug and kiss. It has to be her, can't imagine its not. She is going through her photos, and says she is sure she has a few of our little one. Can't wait. This internet business is so cool. Finding someone in Australia to talk to regarding a chance meeting in China. Too amazing for words.

Fingerprinting on Wednesday for the good people at Homeland Security, and we are done with our little assignments. Few weeks and all our "stuff" goes to China for final approval.

That should only take a few weeks......right?

We are hopeful to go still this fall, realistically thinking this winter, and preparing for the disappointment that it could take much, much longer.
